Westfield Village Rehab Program

The Westfield Village Rehab Program is a grant awarded to the Village of Westfield by the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The program is intended to provide financial assistance to low-income residents of the Village of Westfield whose homes need repairs.

To be eligible, you must be a homeowner in the Village of Westfield, be current on your property taxes and be low to moderate income. The maximum income for a household of one is $46,800, for a household of two is $53,450, for a household of three is $60,150 and for a household of four is $66,800.  Income limits continue to increase as household size increases. Rental properties are not eligible for assistance.
