New York Power Authority Tree Power Program: Trees are available to any Westfield Electric customer. Applications can be turned in at Eason Hall, 23 Elm Street, or the Electric Department at 42 English Street. Paying Your Bill: You can pay your electric, water & sewer bills by:

The Village of Westfield wants to make your bill payments as quick and convenient as possible. We offer an electronic payment service FREE to all of our customers. If you have a checking or savings account at a financial institution, you are eligible to participate in BANK DRAFT. Click here to fill out the form.
The Village of Westfield offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa credit cards for Electric, Water & Sewer Bills. The payment processing company charges a convenience fee of $2.50 for transactions under $85 and 2.95% for transactions over $85. Just click on the button below.
