The office is located in Eason Hall and is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Some of the things we do: games of chance licensing (Bell jars, raffle tickets, merchandise wheel); sell complete village code books - $100, zoning pamphlets - $20, comprehensive plan - $25; serve as the village records custodian; accept and process Freedom of Information Law requests for all village departments; manage the filing of petitions; manage village elections information; review Eason Hall, Moore Park and Ottaway Park use applications; process complaint and praise forms; and provide any other information that you may need about the Village.
Please note: The Town Clerk is the Registrar of Vital Statistics for both the Village and Town of Westfield. To obtain a birth certificate, marriage, hunting and bingo licenses please call the Town Clerk at (716) 326-3211, 23 Elm Street, Eason Hall.
